Construction Products
We have a wide range of construction products which are either sourced from trusted suppliers or from our own manufacturing plants.
Limestone is the raw material for the manufacture of Quicklime (Calcium Oxide), Slaked Lime(Calcium Hydroxide), Cement, and Mortar. It is crushed for use as aggregate the solid base for many roads as well as in Asphalt Concrete. In some circumstances, Limestone is used for Glass Production. There are two grades of Limestone as Steel Grade and Cement Grade depending upon the Silica Content.
Gabbro is a Phaneritic (coarse-grained) mafic intrusive igneous rock formed from the slow cooling of magnesium-rich and iron-rich magma into a holocrystalline mass deep beneath the Earth’s surface. Gabbro is used as stone chips in construction as concrete and also used for making paved roads. Our Gabbro is produced in the Thouban region of UAE and shipped out of Mina Saqr port.
Recently Steel manufacturers have started using Pyroxenite as a flux. Pyroxenite and lime mixed together as a dual flux, are used in iron ore pellet manufacturing. The silicate mineral Pyroxenite as a flux agent for palletization works well with a wide variety of iron-ore fines, where dolomite has constraints. Dual flux is a combination of two minerals that helps in achieving consistent excellent pellets that can sustain an extremely high temperature of the blast furnace. Pyroxenite when used as a flux increases pellet strength by 30% and decreases fine generation by 4%.
Ordinary Portland cement is the most common type of cement in general use around the world as a basic ingredient of concrete, mortar, stucco, and non-specialty grout. It refers to the hydraulic binding material ground by mixing Portland cement clinker, 6% ~ 15% blended materials, and the appropriate amount of gypsum, code-named P• O. We can supply OPC in 25/50 Kg PPE/ Paper bags packed in sling bags as per the customer’s requirement.
White cement is used for repairing marble tiles and sheathing walls, floors, and roofs. The product is also mixed with other substrates to make the floor sheathing and wall skirting. The sole purpose of this product is to add charm and decoration to the building's surface areas.
Steel rods, called rebars, placed in the lower portion of a concrete slab prevent that slab from cracking when subjected to that tensile bending force.
Deformed Steel Bars

A long steel product used extensively in the engineering and construction sectors, our rebar is universally recognized for its high quality characteristics. The superior quality of iron ore used in the production, utilize advanced manufacturing processes and rigorous implementation of quality control procedures, that evidently contribute to the product’s local and international reputation and applications.
We export globally to customers and ensure that International Certification and best practice are fundamental components inherent in the production chain.
OMC GLOBAL Provide the following sizes
8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm

WE OFFER FOLLOWING PRODUCTS BASED ON CUSTOMER NEEDS

Cut & Bend
Cut & Bend; Bend rebar is the core of our business. This crucial element of modern construction has allowed us to reduce cost and time elements and enhance safety to the region’s large-scale construction projects.
Epoxy Coating
Since 2000, we have been supplying epoxy coated steel products to the region. An integral part of today’s construction industry, this environmentally friendly barrier to aggressive agents results in a more durable steel product for use in the construction of any structure.
Wire Mesh
With advanced equipment and technical support,we produce welded wire mesh, wire straightening and compact coils. Used for reinforced concrete slabs and walls, column footings, beams and columns, as stirrups in cisterns, channels, tunnels and prefabricated material.
Steel Pile Caging
Prefabricated steel pile cages are produced at our factory according to highly controlled standards.
Steel tubing is used throughout industrial applications, particularly for the transportation of water, gasses, and liquid wastes. Steel tubes are a common component of industrial machines, used in conveyor belts, hydraulic lifts, mills, and many other machines.

An Admixture is defined as “a material other than water, aggregates, cementitious materials, and
fiber reinforcement, used as an ingredient of a cementitious mixture to modify its freshly mixed,
the setting, or hardened properties, and that is added to the batch before or during its mixing.

Admixture can be configured as per the needs of the customer. We can offer water reducer as well as slump retention.
CHEMICAL ADMIXTURES FOR CONCRETE
Admixtures are those ingredients in concrete other than Portland cement, water, and
aggregates that are added to the mixture immediately before or during mixing. Concrete
should be workable, finishable, strong, durable, watertight, and wear resistant. These
qualities can often be obtained easily and economically by the selection of suitable materials to admixtures
Concrete Admixtures
Plasticizer / Superplasticizer
Water reduction
Better open time (workability)
Higher early strength
Better fresh concrete behaviour
Improved pumping
Better cost / performance
The company has long-term relations with world leaders in paint production in decoratives and derivatives. A complete range can be submitted on request. Our range includes water proofing chemicals and compounds and specialized coatings for oil and gas.
In recent years, the need for a more efficient splicing system is becoming more apparent as a result of the increased construction complexities and design requirements. The use of reinforcement rebar couplers can simplify the design and construction of reinforced concrete and reduce the amount of reinforcement required.
The coupler ensures full performance splicing joint with its proof stressed bar ends. The extended long thread provides swift installation simply by turning the coupler instead of the bar itself.
Stringent compliance with current concrete design standards. The coupler eliminates tedious calculations to determine the proper lap lengths. The coupler also reduces potential design errors while eliminating wastage and unnecessary rebar cost up to 40%. Apart from that, it also greatly reduces congestions thus maintaining healthy balanced steel to concrete ratio. This is nearly impossible with lap splicing because of the additional rebar in the lap zone.
